Indian Summer Lodge offers several packages to fit the needs of your large party or special event. Details about each package are listed below, but please call us for additional information or recommendations. Packages are our basic formulas. We can help you build specific packages around your needs, budget and desires.

Large Party Packages
To meet your large party needs,
Indian Summer Lodge offers four party packages for your selection.


Bamboo Package ~ 150 to 200 guests ~ $3850
Passion Flower Package A ~
75 to 100 guests ~ $2850
Passion Flower Package B ~ 100 to 150 guests ~ $3450
Skyflower Package ~ 75 guests and under ~ $2200

Large party packages include:  

  • 5 Hours of Event Time

  • Event Hostess (number provided depends on the package - not included in Skyflower)

  • Valet Attendants (number provided depends on the package)

  • Security Officer (number provided depends on package)

  • Furniture provided: folding chairs and tables for 70 guests, deck furniture provides approximately 30 additional seats, two 8' banquet tables, and one 54" round table.

  • Open access to the tree house   

  • Access to the property beginning at noon the date of the event for decoration and set up.

  • Use of the lodge for a complimentary hour rehearsal is available upon request. Th etime of this hour is to be determined by ISL and set no earlier than 2 weeks prior to the event date.


A La Carte Options

  • Use of Kiva Fireplace (firewood provided):  $75
  • Tiki torches lit along pathways and deck areas:  $100
  • Candle Package-tea light votives lit throughout grounds and inside lodge building:  $100
  • On site ceremony fee:  $250
  • Additional event time at the rate of $500 per hour.

Additional Fees & Information 

 

  • Facility Rental Deposit (required): $500. The renter is entitled to a refund of $250 provided all of the FACILITY RENTAL DEPOSIT CHECKLIST tasks are completed and there are no missing or damaged items.
  • Catering is not included in package.
  • Off list catering fee = $350
  • Facility is able to accommodate a maximum of 250 people.  For events of 250 guests, 15% of Bamboo Package price is added to the total.
  • ­­­TABC certified bartenders are available through ISL at a rate of $28/hr per bartender and booked for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • One valet is required for every 30 people. Per the City of Houston, one valet operations manager is also required to be on property for the duration of the event. Additional valet service attendants are may be required based on the final guest count. Attendants are booked at a rate of $195 each, of which ISL pays 50% and the client pays 50%. Total valet fee is due two weeks prior to event date.
  • Client and/or client’s caterer are responsible for removing all trash to dumpster and removing all items brought onto the property by the end of the event breakdown/clean up time.
  • ISL is responsible for cleaning floors, bathrooms and kitchen before and after the event.
  • Additional breakdown time may be scheduled for the following day at a cost of $250.  Client will have access to the property from 10am to noon to gather personal items and take down decorations.
  • We ask that our guests think of Indian Summer Lodge as a National Park: take only photographs & leave only memories.
  • All events are required to obtain a sound permit from the City of Houston.

 


Small Party Packages ~ 50 guests or less

There are four small party packages (based on the number of guests: 20, 30, 40, or 50).

Major Elements of all Small Party packages include:

  • 3-4 hours Event Time (3 hours for 20-50 guests, 4 hours for 50+ guests)
  • All day set-up, beginning at noon
  • 1 hour breakdown time, immediately following the event 
  • No valet requirement
  • No kitchen fee for off-list caterers
