Rental Packages

Indian Summer Lodge offers three packages to fit the needs of your special event. You can download or print the detailed information for each package or read about it below.

Bamboo Package     *     Passion Flower Package     *     Skyflower package

Schedule an appointment to see - in person - what Indian Summer Lodge has to offer. Appointments are available Fridays and Saturdays and are required. Call 713-869-0444 today to reserve your time!

Bamboo Package: $4,000.00 (150 to 250 guests)

Bamboo Package includes:

  • Hostess
  • Bartenders (2) If no alcohol is to be served, $200 will be deducted from the price.
  • Valet (4) Add $95 for every 40 guests over 160 guests
  • Security Officers (2)
  • Six hour event time ($500.00 per hour for additional event time).
  • Use of the lodge for two hours on the evening before the event for rehearsal or decorating.
  • Access to the property and lodge beginning at noon the day of event for decoration and set up.
  • One hour of breakdown/clean up time immediately following the event in addition to the five hour event time
  • Tiki torches lit along pathways and deck areas
  • Candle Package for indoors and outdoors
  • Kiva Fireplace and firewood
  • Folding chairs and tables for 70 guests
  • Three large food tables
  • Tree house

Additional Information:

  • Catering is not included in package.
  • Maximum capacity for facility is 300.
  • For parties of more than 250, there is an additional $400 charge.
  • 6 hour rental of Artist’s Loft, conveniently located in ISL grounds is $995.
  • The use of ISL’s private balcony is included only with the Artist Loft rental.
  • Provided there are no damages, and rental policies regarding cleanup of facility are adhered to, clients are entitled to a $200 refund off base price.
  • 5% discount when half down of total booking fee is paid at time of booking.
  • Use of the front office area as a dressing room for the 2 hours preceding event start time is also available at a rate of $200. Office doors are locked one hour after the start of the event.
  • Client’s caterer is responsible for removing all trash to dumpster and everything brought onto property.
  • A charge of $100/day will be added for all items not removed at the end of the event unless agreed to prior to the event.
  • ISL is responsible for cleaning floors, bathrooms and kitchen before and after the event.
  • Paper towels, bathroom tissue, trash bags and dumpster use are included in all packages.

Passion Flower Package: $3,400.00 (75 to 150 guests)

Passion Flower Package includes:

  • Hostess
  • Bartenders (2) If no alcohol is to be served, $200 will be deducted from the price.
  • Valet (3) Add $95 for more than 120 guests
  • Security Officers (1)
  • Five hour event time ($500.00 per hour for additional event time).
  • Use of the lodge for two hours on the evening before the event for rehearsal or decorating.
  • Access to the property and lodge beginning at noon the day of event for decoration and set up.
  • One hour of breakdown/clean up time immediately following the event in addition to the five hour event time
  • Tiki torches lit along pathways and deck areas
  • Candle Package for indoors and outdoors
  • Kiva Fireplace and firewood
  • Folding chairs and tables for 70 guests

Skyflower Package includes:

  • Hostess
  • Bartenders (1) If no alcohol is to be served, $100 will be deducted from the price.
  • Valet (optional under 50 guests)
  • Security Officers (1)
  • Five hour event time ($500.00 per hour for additional event time).
  • Access to the property and lodge beginning at noon the day of event for decoration and set up.
  • One hour of breakdown/clean up time immediately following the event in addition to the five hour event time
  • Tiki torches lit along pathways and deck areas
  • Candle Package for indoors and outdoors
  • Kiva Fireplace and firewood
  • Folding chairs and tables for 70 guests

  • Tree house
